📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Manage the company’s financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare for audits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain financial systems and processes.
• Provide financial reporting and analysis to support the company’s growth and expansion.
• Assist in the preparation of the annual financial statements and tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax authorities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting, with a focus on financial consolidation and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS).
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
