📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Team Leader in planning, organizing, and coordinating team activities and projects.,Support team members in achieving their individual and collective goals.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance as needed.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of team activities and performance.,Assist in the recruitment, training, and development of team members.,Coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to decision-making processes.,Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources, or related discipline).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or relevant experience in a team leadership position.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Proven track record of supporting team leaders in achieving team goals.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
