📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate and secure cost-effective supplier agreements.
• Conduct regular cost analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including inventory valuation reports, cost of goods sold reports, and stock turnover analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to cost and inventory control.
• Provide training and support to other team members on cost and inventory control best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in cost accounting and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, or a related field.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and techniques.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
