Puskesmas Dian Laundry is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from home while maintaining office presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee performance and satisfaction.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.,Coordinate with management to address HR needs and issues.,Organize and lead HR training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with HR software and tools.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.
