📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily laboratory operations,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results,Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment,Train and mentor junior lab technicians,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs),Monitor and maintain laboratory safety protocols,Participate in quality assurance activities,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and procedures,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Valid certification in laboratory safety and quality assurance,Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards
