JUNCTION Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Sous Chef to join our team in Kulon Progo, DI Yogyakarta. As a Lead Sous Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure compliance with food safety standards.,Develop and implement menu items, ensuring they meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency and quality ingredients.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the head chef to develop and execute kitchen schedules and special events.,Maintain accurate records of food costs, usage, and waste.,Ensure all staff are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
