In this role, you will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that every order is processed accurately and efficiently. You will use our in-house order management system to track and update order status, communicate with customers to resolve any issues, and coordinate with our warehouse and delivery partners to ensure timely fulfillment. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 2,800,000 - Rp 2,827,593 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customer orders using our in-house order management system.
• Track and update order status to ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate with customers to resolve any order-related issues or inquiries.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all order transactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all orders are processed according to customer requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely restocking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing or a related field.
• Proficient in using order management systems such as SAP or similar software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with logistics and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
