📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department.,Manage and develop the HR team, providing guidance and support.,Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Conduct performance reviews and manage employee development.,Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.,Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve employee satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention strategies.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Certifications in HR management or related fields are a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

HR software proficiency (e.g.SAP SuccessFactorsBambooHR).Experience with employee engagement and satisfaction surveys.Knowledge of performance management systems.Ability to analyze and interpret HR metrics.Strong organizational and time management skills.
