HTC Global Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.,Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for clients, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions.,Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for troubleshooting and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 features and updates, and provide training and guidance to junior staff.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.,Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.,Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 coverage for critical issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 support, with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.,Certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert are a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience with cloud-based solutions and a understanding of cloud security best practices.,Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell is a plus.
