📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.,Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.,Maintain accurate records of all calls and customer interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
