Cafe Maya Fashion is looking for a Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations.,Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure high standards of service and food quality.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Proven experience in managing and training restaurant staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
