📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Waiter in managing the dining room and ensuring smooth operations.,Take food and beverage orders from customers and deliver them promptly.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables, chairs, and restrooms.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns or special requests.,Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food preparation.,Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.,Train and mentor new staff members to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a similar role is preferred.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to stand, walk, and reach for extended periods of time.
