📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and up-to-date with all necessary documentation.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are properly utilized and maintained.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to identify areas for improvement.,Handle vehicle maintenance and repairs, coordinating with external service providers as needed.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies regarding vehicle use.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to management.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
