📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all legal aspects of the holding company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Conduct legal research and analysis to anticipate and mitigate legal risks.
Represent the company in legal matters, both internally and externally.
Ensure that all contracts and agreements are reviewed and approved by legal counsel.
Stay up-to-date with changes in legal regulations and industry standards.
Provide strategic advice to senior management on legal matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a legal role, with a focus on corporate law.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian corporate and commercial law.
Proven track record of managing legal teams and ensuring compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Professional certification in corporate law or a related field is a plus.
