📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement menus that align with the company's vision and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor a team of chefs to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal kitchen operations.,Oversee daily kitchen operations, including meal preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Continuously innovate and improve culinary offerings.,Maintain a clean and well-organized kitchen environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
