Hokian Elsa Auto Service is looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fleet management and a passion for delivering excellent service. This is a hybrid role, combining office work with field visits.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, fueling, and repairs.,Monitor vehicle performance and usage to optimize fleet efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management strategies.,Provide support to the operations team in achieving fleet operational goals.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure they are in good working condition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
