📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering inquiries and resolving issues.,Handle cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.,Ensure the accuracy and security of all financial transactions.,Maintain and update customer accounts and transaction records.,Assist in the operation of various banking services and products.,Follow all banking regulations and policies to ensure compliance.,Perform other related tasks as assigned by the branch manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of banking products and services.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer and office software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
