📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring high-quality patient care and service standards.,Manage and lead a team of dental professionals, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention rates.,Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with all relevant dental regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.,Collaborate with the head office to drive the overall success of the dental clinic chain.,Promote and market the clinic to attract new patients and grow the patient base.,Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Dental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in dental clinic management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, staff, and stakeholders.,Proven track record of achieving operational and financial targets.,Knowledge of dental regulations, health and safety standards, and industry best practices.,Familiarity with dental software and technology is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
