BOLT Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet. This position offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of drivers, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.,Plan and optimize routes to ensure efficient use of the fleet and timely delivery of goods.,Maintain and inspect vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Monitor and report on fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance costs.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure all drivers adhere to safety protocols.,Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are up to standard.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a driver, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.,Valid driver's license for the type of vehicles operated by the company.,Proven track record of safe driving and accident-free performance.,Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Singkawang.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Ability to speak and understand Indonesian is a must.
