📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.,Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the warehouse.,Work closely with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.,Monitor warehouse performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
