📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Collaborate with department heads to integrate training into business goals,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and instructional design,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
