🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Knowledge of pet care products and services is a plus.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a genuine passion for animals.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, as part of the job may require moving stock.
