📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Support the procurement team in maintaining supplier relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of procurement activities.
  • Assist in the organization of supplier meetings and events.
  • Provide support in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
