📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional welcome.
• Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries.
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records.
• Handle mail and packages, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors.
• Follow up with clients and guests to ensure their satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including email and office software.
