📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Drive sales growth and profitability through effective menu planning and pricing strategies.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
