📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through market research and analysis,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of development projects,Prepare and present proposals, reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders,Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of projects,Monitor and track sales performance and KPIs, and provide regular reports to management,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in real estate development,Attend and participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development or real estate,Proven track record of success in sales and business development,Strong knowledge of the real estate market in Bali and Indonesia,Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
