📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Identifying areas of risk and opportunities for improvement within the organization.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management and the audit committee.,Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement corrective actions.,Ensuring that audit findings are addressed and monitored until resolution.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation.,Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and other team members.,Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in internal auditing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar role.,Proficiency in accounting principles and regulations.,Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks and risk management.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Familiarity with audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
