📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform structural repairs and maintenance on aircraft components
- Fabricate and repair aircraft parts using CNC machines and laser cutting systems
- Inspect and test repaired components to ensure they meet safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement repair and maintenance plans
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain and calibrate tools and equipment
- Document all repair and maintenance activities
- Participate in regular training and professional development programs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft sheet metal work
- Certification in aircraft maintenance or a related field
- Proficiency in using CNC machines, laser cutting systems, and other advanced tools
- Strong knowledge of aircraft structures and materials
- Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols
- Familiarity with aircraft repair and maintenance procedures
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
