Assistant Warehouse Manager - Bali Operations

As part of our growing logistics team, you'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the overall success of our operations.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including inventory control, order fulfillment, and quality assurance. You'll leverage tools like SAP ERP and WMS to streamline processes and improve efficiency. With a focus on continuous improvement, you'll identify areas for enhancement and implement best practices to drive operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Oversee inventory control and accuracy using SAP ERP and WMS.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues related to inventory and orders.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics and report on key indicators to the Warehouse Manager.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices and safety procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP ERP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Certification in Warehouse Management (CWMS) or equivalent is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for logistics and warehouse operations.
