📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring construction projects
• Coordinate with site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project progress and budget, reporting to project managers and stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and progress updates
• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts
• Support in the recruitment and training of site personnel
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in field operations or project management in the construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
