📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new products.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to ensure optimal production efficiency.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize product performance and quality.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to manufacturing personnel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering, with a focus on NPI.
• Proficient in using manufacturing software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and SAP.
• Certified in Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
