In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production planning process, ensuring that production schedules are met, and that resources are allocated efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans.,Monitor production progress and ensure that schedules are met.,Allocate resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials efficiently.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Manage and mentor junior staff members.,Report on production performance and recommend improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
