📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily floor operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, food presentation, and guest service.
• Manage inventory and restocking to maintain optimal levels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Train and mentor new staff to uphold our brand's quality standards.
• Coordinate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor sales and revenue targets, providing regular reports to management.
• Enforce health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer needs.
• Knowledge of POS systems such as Toast, Square, or similar.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.
• Certification in hospitality management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
