📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the work of IT Business Analysts, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and technology implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain project documentation using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Lead workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on new technologies and processes.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT business analysis.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior analysts within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on agricultural machinery.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
• Proficiency in using project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Certification in ITIL or PMP is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
